Hey everyone — sharing what I've been building: OfficeOS, a service where I design, build, launch, and operate subscription mobile apps for creators, on a rev-share instead of an upfront fee (no invoice, ever — I only make money when the app does).
The pitch to a creator is simple: they already have the audience, I turn it into a subscription app — paywall, onboarding, retention loops, analytics, the works — and keep operating it after launch (offer tests, releases, QA) instead of handing over a finished build and disappearing.
One live example: a 1.1M-follower stoicism channel went from zero app to €20k MRR — that case study is on the site.
Stack, for the people who care (I do too) - Next.js 16 + React 19, deployed on Vercel - Supabase for auth/data - Stripe for billing - Resend for email, Cal.com for booking - PostHog for product analytics, Sentry for error tracking - Tailwind v4, mostly hand-rolled UI (no component library)
It's a solo build so far — happy to get feedback on the landing page, the offer, or anything that looks off technically. Also just generally curious how other solo/small-team builders here are structuring rev-share or done-for-you style products vs. straight SaaS.
