I'm using the v0.dev/chat/api/open?url= endpoint to let users open my shadcn registry components directly in v0. I'm also interested in the Ambassador/referral program.

Currently there's no way to combine these two flows — the "Open in v0" API and referral tracking urls are completely separate. If a new user discovers v0 through my "Open in v0" button and signs up, there's no way for me to get referral credit for that.

It would be great if the /chat/api/open endpoint supported a referral parameter (e.g. ?url=...&ref=my-code) that integrates with the existing referral system. This would incentivize component authors to both publish to the registry and promote v0 adoption.
