I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding your handling of my subscription.

Despite having cancelled my subscription, I was charged again without my consent. This is unacceptable and shows a serious flaw in your billing system or customer service process.

I demand the immediate cancellation of any active subscription linked to my account, the removal of my payment details, and a full refund of the latest charge.

If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to escalate the issue through my bank and consider reporting the case to consumer protection authorities.

I expect a written confirmation of the cancellation and refund within the next few days.

Sincerely,

Your account shows as canceled as of today

As mentioned in the post you're replying to, refunds can only be processed by our billing team. If you have a recent subscription or payment you need refunded, you can request a refund by contacting support. For most cases this is a fully automated process and you will get your refund immediately

Pretty sure this is not true. I dont see the ability to cancel in my personal billing page or my account billing page. I see all elements of the UI besides “Cancel Subscription”

I’m also trying to cancel my subscription, but I don’t see a “Cancel subscription” button.

It looks like it's changed to "Cancel Plan" now, is that not appearing for you? What does that subscription card look like to you?

hi, I just wanted to pay for one month to see what I could do with V0, but no one told me that the payment would be automatically deducted. For now, I don't want to continue paying for the plan, and I'd like a refund to my card, please. I may consider paying again in the future, but for now, I don't want to. I want the money refunded to my card

You can cancel your v0 plan like Jacob explained above. And feel free to request a refund at vercel.com/help!

Just started using Vercel and V0 yesterday and it hasn't been a positive experience so far. I ran out of tokens on V0, used the upgrade button right in the chat, and paid for the pro plan. The payment was completed immediately but I haven't received a credit. I keep searching forums and it gets even more confusing. I'm sure I paid for a v0 pro plan, but I may have paid for Vercel even though I was on v0 when I did it? If I paid for Vercel, why isn't vercel showing my status as pro and still says free or hobby? Most forum posts seem to be from June 2025, but they also say posted 3-4 days ago? The whole thing can be a LOT more streamlined. Not sure if I just arrived here at the wrong time, but I'll be looking for alternatives.

Hey @englishrhino. From what I'm able to see, it looks like your v0 Team was credited the expected amount.

Make sure you're switched to the right team context and not on the personal/free context. You can switch using the team selector at the top left of v0.app

If that doesn't work for you, the support team will be able to see more detail and help you get it working correctly

There is only 1 team. I have used a total of 0 tokens after the free ones ran out.

That's not what I would have expected. Did you happen to change your team name or slug recently? I believe there was a bug fixed a while back that caused some UI issues really similar to what you're seeing, but maybe it's been reintroduced. The quick workaround is to just change the name or slug back so they match.

Please give that a try and let me know if it works for you, and I'll let the team know

I want my subscription canceled immediately! If you don't allow me to cancel my subscription, I'll have to hire lawyers against this fraud!

I feel you have to be a rocket scientist to use v0.dev and vercel.com. It's better to have one account so the billing does not get confusing. By the way, you don't need a lawyer, just go to your bank a do a charge-back on your credit card.
