My Hobby Blob store was blocked on 2026-07-25 for exceeding the advanced-operations quota, and is scheduled to unblock on 2026-08-24 12:18 UTC. `list()` and `head()` still answer, but every content download returns 403 "Your store is blocked".

The store holds 13 KB — 4 JSON documents belonging to a client of mine, which I cannot reconstruct. I have already migrated the application off Blob to my own server; I am not asking for more quota, only for a one-time read window (or a manual export by your team) so I can retrieve this data and delete the store.

Could you either lift the block temporarily, or export the store contents for me?
