Billed for Turbo build machine I never selected (Pro team)

Hi Vercel team,

My Pro team's last invoice included about $310 of Build CPU Minutes because every build on my project ran on a 30-core Turbo machine. I never selected Turbo: my activity logs show no event setting it, and the only build machine change is my own switch from Turbo to Basic on 4 Oct. My builds take 1 to 2 minutes but each was billed 60 CPU minutes.

The refund form says this needs human review, but the support agent can't open a case for it right now. Could someone from billing get in touch to review it and re-rate the Turbo minutes at Standard pricing? A similar case was credited here: https://community.vercel.com/t/vercel-build-minutes-billing-enabled-by-default-causing-unexpected-charges/37434
