I've been blocked by the Hobby deployment rate limit twice this week, but my account hasn't come close to the documented limit of 100 deployments created per day (per /docs/limits, last updated 16 Sep).

Deployments created per day (UTC), taken from the API:

• Mon 21 Sep: 3
• Tue 22 Sep: 0
• Wed 23 Sep: 8
• Thu 24 Sep: 52
• Fri 25 Sep: 38
• Sat 26 Sep: 25
• Sun 27 Sep (so far): 5

An apparent sales rep from Vercel messaged be about scaling my start up. I dont have a start up, I build apps for myself and my house.

This started happening after the second marketing message, these amount of deployments arent out the ordinary numbers wise, I have a bunch of Stacked PRs in github now but thats still no where near 100
