support from the Help link provided doesn't go anywhere: The AI Gateway team has suspended your team's AI Gateway usage due to suspected abuse. Unfortunately, this block cannot be removed, and support is unable to review, override, or expedite the suspension.

Im facing this exact same issue right now. Im getting 403 error when trying to use AI Gateway, and when I try to open a support ticket, the AI support bot doesn't allow me to do that, accusing my account of suspected abuse, which didn't occur. How can I fix that if I can't even open a support ticket?
Same here, AI bot didn't let me open a support ticket either. And that's what the error message directs us to do.
I moved off of Vercel since this issue was blocking users and I haven't heard anything from the team in like a month. I built my own AI Gateway tool and then planning on trying out OpenRouter and LiteLLM as a I add more models
